The Flying Crapaud’s name is a cheeky tribute to Dominica’s national culinary dish, “The Crapaud”, or “Mountain Chicken,” This plucky amphibian is making a comeback following a brush with extinction, and we pay tribute to its resilient nature, not unlike that of the Dominican people.
